Two sessions over two weeks

The Briefing gives you a clear outside view of your business and gives me a real sense of whether we'd work well together.

    Your last 12 months' P&L and the 3-minute self-assessment.

  • Map the business

    How it makes money, where it leaks, who decides what, and what's in the way.

  • Test the findings

    I bring back what I see, and we pressure-test it together.

  • One-page summary

    The key findings and my recommendation on what to do next.
