Business Review · $1,490 + GST
Find the profit leaking
out of your P&L, in two hours
For about the cost of your tax return. One looks back at last year. This looks forward, with a written plan from an experienced CEO.
Money-back guarantee. If I don't find at least $1,490 in annual savings or profit improvements, you get a full refund. Limited to four Reviews a month.
How it works
Four steps over about three weeks
Share the documents
Your financials, plus any strategy or planning documents you have. Messy or incomplete is fine. I work through all of it before we meet.
Work the problem
Where the waste is, what the structure is costing you, which processes don't work, the sales you're missing and which revenue actually makes money. A working session, not a sales pitch.
Get the plan
A two-page written plan: your top three problems ranked, what each is likely costing you, and what to do first.
Check progress
A follow-up call to review what's moved, what's stuck, and adjust the plan.
Who it's for
Owners of businesses turning over $3M or more, in any industry. See who we work with.
Not the right fit if you
- Need bookkeeping, tax or legal advice (see your accountant or lawyer)
- Are pre-revenue and still testing the idea
- Want someone to agree with a decision already made
Looks back at last year
Compliance. It tells you what happened, after it's too late to change it.
Looks forward
About the same cost. It tells you where profit is leaking and what to do first, with your money back if it doesn't pay for itself.
- Credited in full against an Advisory Retainer or project started within 30 days
- Money-back guarantee: If I don't find at least $1,490 in annual savings or profit improvements, you get a full refund.
- Limited to four a month, so each one gets proper attention
- Confidential: your numbers are seen by me only and never shared
- In person or video: in person across Gippsland and Melbourne, video anywhere
Questions
Common questions
What if my P&L is messy or out of date?
Send what you have. Messy numbers are often part of the diagnosis, and I've worked with every flavour of spreadsheet.
Is this a sales call for something bigger?
No. You pay for the session and the plan, and both stand on their own. If ongoing support makes sense I'll say so in the plan, and the fee is credited if you start within 30 days.
Who will I be working with?
Me, Ben Hill, for the whole Review. No juniors, no hand-offs.
