I'm a CEO with an engineer's training. Over two decades I've moved from engineering and operations into general management and the CEO role, leading businesses through growth, restructure and turnaround, from divisions of global FMCG brands to privately owned companies. I also own and run businesses of my own, so my advice comes from doing the job.

Much of that time has been inside owner-led businesses, where decisions are personal as well as commercial. I know how to find the profit in a P&L, and how to handle the relationships that decide whether change sticks.

Hill & Co exists because most owner-led businesses can't justify a full-time executive with that experience, yet face exactly the problems that need one. When a job needs a specialist, I bring one in. You deal with me throughout.
